1. Who you are contracting with

Jadhr ("Jadhr", "we", "us", "our") is provided by Shahen Bhupendra Dalia, an individual sole trader. By using the Jadhr website and services (the "Service") you enter into a binding agreement with Shahen Bhupendra Dalia.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

Jadhr is an AI-assisted Arabic morphology tool that returns the root, definition, and derived forms of Arabic words, with optional audio pronunciation, vocabulary saving, and spaced-repetition review. Outputs are generated by language and speech models and may contain errors. The Service is for educational and personal use and is not a substitute for professional linguistic, legal, religious, or academic advice.

4. Account and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to interfere with security, reverse engineer, scrape, probe or overload the Service;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its outputs in bulk;
• use AI outputs to generate hate speech, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.

6. AI outputs

You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and verifying their accuracy before relying on them. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited use. You retain whatever rights you have in your inputs; outputs are provided to you on an as-is basis under these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Shahen Bhupendra Dalia and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Refund mechanics are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain or delete saved data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shahen Bhupendra Dalia is resident, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
