Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Jadhr Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied with Jadhr Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original payment date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Jadhr orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Use the "Request a refund" option on the order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
- You may also contact our support; we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, your Pro access ends immediately and the charge is reversed to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will gladly process a refund for that renewal through Paddle.
